Arrest and Detention

The following are facts about Tate and the arrest situation that resonate with me, as well as some gut-level responses.

  • Andrew Tate is brilliant, knowledgeable, and worldly. Why would a good businessman who is making huge sums by legitimate means endanger his success by doing something illegal? It makes no sense.
  • How could either Tate brother successfully employ a “lover boy trap”? Anyone with an Internet connection knows who they are and how they interact with females.
  • If Romania really plans a fair trial for the Tates (unlikely), and the Tates are “innocent until proven guilty,” why have the Romanians already seized all the Tate assets in their country? Could it be that Romania plans to extradite the Tate brothers soon, and those running this pathetic excuse for an independent nation want to ensure they have their share of the spoils secured before they handcuff Andrew and Tristan to FBI agents?
  • The Romanians cannot be running this show on their own: look at the fancy video shot of the raid and its carefully managed perp walk. Excellent lighting, good camera angles, Andrew’s face and hands in clear view. No grainy body cam footage. The cost of that video alone probably exceeds the country’s annual budget for law enforcement.
  • The raid was carried out during media “dead time”: December 28, a night during the holiday season, putting them in court on Friday, December 29. However, elaborate stories were circulated immediately. (My favorite was that it took four hours to arrest Andrew because he was doing pushups and taunting the female officer trying to read him his rights.)
  • The Tate brothers have meticulously documented their own lifestyles, misogyny, and predatory “dating” philosophies with video for years. While Tristan is more disgusting, owing to his habit of describing the details of specific sexual encounters, both are clear that they are only interested in young women who are roughly half their own ages, and that they quickly discard each of them in favor of the next vagina. This has been the practice of wealthy men throughout history, and the fact that it is callous and disgusting doesn’t make it illegal if the females are of the age of consent and do give consent.
  • Their lives as depicted online–whether or not the depictions are accurate– will not only influence public attitudes toward their trials, but also those of Romanian prosecutors and judges. Anticipate this material playing a prominent role in court, particularly if either the sex trafficking or the rape charge is actually prosecuted.

Rape? As to the rape charge, when I called a friend to inform her of the arrests, her first comment was, “Well, if anybody can use the Errol Flynn defense, it’s Andrew Tate.”*

Andrew Tate doesn’t like women, and that triggers avoidance: living with other men, putting the women in a dinner party at a separate table, not hiring or working with women, etc. Tate does, however, attract women. He is a sexy hunk of a man. Men with easy access to willing females are not rapists. And I don’t want to hear the Feminist crap about “rape is power, not sex.” Use some common sense. Tate also has power. He does not have anything to prove.

My gut feeling is that, should a rape charge actually emerge, it will be

  • “Date rape” with a bimbo who changed her mind after the fact, or
  • An utterly bogus claim lodged in a honeypot situation (as Alex Jones has suggested), or
  • A purchased accusation

I think the threat of a rape charge exists mainly to incite further public anger against Tate while he is incarcerated and “investigated.” I believe that when Tate is eventually tried, the charges will be things the public understands only vaguely, like tax evasion and money laundering. I really think the Romanians will hold the Tates for a few weeks, announce that their investigations are inconclusive, and then send the brothers to their American homeland to face bogus charges there.

Andrew Tate has a rough backstory that will add plausibility to any of the charges. Tate had a very problematic childhood: poverty, a broken home, being uprooted at age ten to be moved to a homeless shelter on another continent. Worst of all is Tate’s peculiar but close relationship to his fascinating, sick, and irresponsible father. Look for Andrew Tate’s unhealthy relationship with his parents to be a feature of future mainstream media “analysis,” as well as material for all those online body-language experts (what a pseudo-science that is!) and “psychologists” who actually only have degrees in education fields.

The storyline will be that criminal behavior should be expected from someone who has endured Tate’s childhood abuse. No wonder his perceptions of right and wrong are so warped, the media will tell us. His misogyny and predatory dating philosophy, as articulated in multiple videos, will back this up.

Andrew Tate is a misogynist, but that doesn’t mean he would ever be, or ever has been, a danger to either women in general or to any individual woman. A rape by Andrew seems ludicrous, but even a rape by Tristan, who thinks he is the reincarnation of Hugh Hefner, is highly unlikely because he also is wealthy. Wealthy men do not need to rape, despite what Feminists want us to believe. Tommy Robinson has pointed to George Soros, working through one of the many organizations he funds (Hope Not Hate), as the likely source of the fraudulent rape claim. [See Tommy Robinson Official on Rumble or the YouTube video.] I have followed Tommy Robinson’s public life for many years. This man is a truth teller. He has the scars that prove it.

“Sleazy” and “criminal” are not the same thing. However, in the minds and hearts of those who wish to believe the worst of Tate, sleaze functions like oxygen for a flame. Modern Morpheus has posted a new sex tape on Rumble, featuring the brothers conducting a mini-orgy. How much more will appear?

Big Tech played a long game. Andrew Tate wanted to be rich and famous. He made it. Once he became rich and famous, Andrew Tate realized that there is more to life than being rich and famous. I think he began to want to do good, be respected, and leave a legacy. It is a pattern that occurs among high achievers. However, Tate seems to have forgotten that in his race to become a household name, he has bequeathed the public (and his prosecutors) an archive of disgusting video.

YouTube left those videos up for a reason: Big Tech believes they will bring Tate down, one way or another. What court is going to look favorably on either Tate’s misogyny or his boasts of only “dating” the young and innocent? He says he wants to be a girl’s “portal on the world.” Way too creepy for the average person. And Tristan Tate is far creepier.

Tristan Tate’s place in this mess is scary. Why does the Matrix monster want little brother? He doesn’t have Andrew’s intelligence, charisma, or courage, much less his brother’s influence. Here are possible answers to this Tristan question:

  • A Tristan at liberty would be the obvious spokesman while everything else plays out, so Tristan had to be locked up, and his detention must last as long as Andrew’s.
  • Perhaps Tristan has actually done something illegal, and Andrew can be construed to be an accomplice.
  • Perhaps the prosecutor believes that offering Tristan limited or full immunity will induce him to turn on Andrew, if the concept of plea bargaining exists in a country like Romania.
  • Tristan is expendable. This is very scary. Andrew dying in custody would make him a martyr; Tristan’s death would devastate Andrew.
  • It was impossible to prosecute Andrew without prosecuting Tristan.
  • Videos of Tristan that could influence the public, a judge, or a jury are far more repulsive than ones that feature only Andrew. Tristan likes to smoke a cigar and chat to the camera, giving the details of sex acts he has performed (or wants the public to believe he performed). He also enjoys telling stories about young, naive girls he has heartlessly banged and abandoned.

Tristan has all of Andrew’s worst characteristics, with none of Andrew’s redeeming qualities. My position on this blog is that Tristan is a joke, a very bad one. Nothing angers me faster than a Tristan Tate video on the horrible plans he has for his accidental daughter, and I doubt that I am the only person so affected. But as little as I like Tristan, I don’t want him railroaded, and I certainly don’t want him dead.

*For most of my life, people in America used the expression “in like Flynn” to mean “a certainty” or “something that is only natural and to be expected.” The phrase stayed around for many generations. Errol Flynn was a movie star that many women found extremely attractive. He had what Hollywood called “sex appeal” (What Andrew has and Tristan lacks). Flynn was accused of rape, and at trial, his defense was that women adored him, he could never commit rape because any woman would consent to the most attractive man in the world. Flynn was acquitted, of course.
