Stefan Loredan Prediction

Stefan Loredan is a Romanian attorney. He has been posting videos on YouTube to explain some of the legal proceedings and what could happen next as matters progress. Today he notes that Andrew Tate has lost his appeal against the thirty-day detention order that now keeps him incarcerated. Loredan had expected this, and says that at the conclusion of this thirty-day detention, one of the following will happen:

  • A second thirty-day detention period will begin if the Prosecutor can convince the judge that ending Tate’s detention will harm the investigation
  • Home detention under supervision and with tracking bracelets for the brothers, during which they would not be permitted to discuss the case with anyone involved in it
  • Pre-trial conditional release, during which they would not be permitted to leave Romania and would have to check in at the police station weekly

Loredan’s prediction is, shockingly, that Tate will get pre-trial conditional release and TRY TO FLEE THE COUNTRY! He does not explain why he believes this, but instead moves into a description of Romania’s “lover boy” law. Loredan apparently believes that video clips Tate made describing his use of this approach to recruit for his Web cam business amounts to an admission of guilt.

Stefan Loredan is a Romanian attorney. (He is not working on the Tate’s case.)
