Nicolai’s Clue on Tate

Frank Valchiria, who did such good work during the Johnny Depp case last year, has posted some cautious but objective YouTube videos on Andrew Tate’s arrest. He points out that he believes the YouTube algorithm has turned on his very successful YouTube channel since he began posting more questioning commentary on Andrew Tate.

He recently uploaded some televised comments from a Romanian lawyer and politician, Norica Nicolai, that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I’m wondering why. Nicolai is a former prosecutor and a former member of the European Parliament, who, back in 2008, was nominated for the position of Romanian Minister of Justice. I think it is safe to say that she probably knows a bit about Romania as well as its judicial system and its laws.

I’ve transcribed (below the video) the translation seen in the videotape, just in case YouTube takes the post down.

A Frank Valchiria video

NEWSCASTER: Mrs. Nicola Nicolai, you are paying close attention to the international actuality [Note: current events], and also you are a former prosecutor. What do you think about this case so far? And what is your opinion on it, after what you have heard here?

NICOLAI: I have not only watched the unfolding of this case on your broadcast, but also followed this case closely as it made its debut at the end of the year at the close of the holidays. Initially, I thought it is a cover-up for something, but from what I can see, from a criminal point of view, it looks like an improvisation, even the judge has excluded the rape accusation, as what the prosecution has on file wasn’t sufficient evidence to convince anyone it was rape, so the judge asked for more evidence.

As regarding the human trafficking accusation, obviously a very sensitive topic for the USA, which is monitoring human trafficking, it is quite improvised. Rigged. My opinion is that the authorities in Bucharest simply executed an order. I think it was an operation. More important to find out what was the main activity conducted by the Tate brothers in Romania. Because in no case, the $100 M, some say more, could not come from the video chat. Of course, Adina is perfectly right. I haven’t seen any people deprived of their liberty, being forced to participate in such activities. Rather, they (the Tate Brothers) are some people who have a certain influence, especially in the United States and Great Britain, who are against neo-Nazi formulas. They have all sorts of radical ideas. So, you can agree with them or not, it seems that someone has given an order to make the Tate brothers disappear from their capacity to influence the public, especially Andrew, because he is the most vocal, and has a certain influence on a significant number of the public. Tristan is calmer. So I rather think it is a workplace feud, a matter that doesn’t belong to us, but others, but an order that was executed in Bucharest, through a proxy . . .”

Valchiria points out that the impulse to silence Andrew Tate arises probably not for what he has achieved in the past, but more for what he might achieve in the future, should his influence continue to grow. Valchiria states that he has seen young people on the streets in Athens who were chanting, “Free Top G!” He speculates that Tate’s influence could grow to the point of even swaying an election.

Google would resent that idea, Frank. They think influencing elections is their job.
