Make a list of what doesn’t make sense. Keep re-examining those pieces. Andrew Tate himself must be doing this.
“There is no evidence.” Andrew Tate is not just saying “I am innocent” over and over again, but rather, “There is no evidence.” That’s what he tells us, again and again. And the prosecution has produced nothing more than the flimsy “six victims” and a rape accusation that was used to establish the original detention order. (Detention is the Romanian word for imprisonment.) Two of the six “victims” say they are not victims at all.
Nine months have passed since the first raid on Tate’s residence, which produced no charges, despite the police confiscating surveillance tape and electronics, some of which were never returned.
Why does an investigation take nine months to produce nothing?
Moldovan woman. Andrew is telling us that he was questioned about the Moldovan woman on January 26, after being detained for a month. This is supposedly the rape victim, a woman who conveniently left Romania some time ago. Why didn’t the police question Tate about her when she reported the rape? This most likely was because it was not a credible story then, and there was no reason to consider charging Tate with rape. Remember that. Maybe it was never credible. Remember, the judge told the prosecutor that there was not enough evidence in the request for detention to support a rape charge.
Why would Andrew Tate rape anyone? Ridiculous. However, by questioning Tate about it now, the prosecution to can create the notion that an investigation has been ongoing.
Surveillance video. Video from the surveillance cameras at the Tate residence was confiscated last April. It is still not in the evidence file. Why? Does it exonerate the Tates? Is it irrelevant? Did the prosecution destroy it? One of the non-victim “victims” says it is missing.
And the non-investigation drags on.
Pray for Andrew, Tristan, Georgiana, and Luana.
