What Tina Said

On March 3, 2023, Tina Glandian was interviewed on Tucker Carlson Tonight. Tucker was, as always, patient and gracious with his guest, but he was at his most fiery at the situation Andrew Tate’s newest legal advisor described.

“And this investigation did not start in December when they were arrested. This investigation actually started back in April when there were false accusations made. The police raided their residence, and they realized the allegations were false. The did not arrest anybody. They did not charge anybody. And at that point, actually, the brothers filed criminal complaints against the two women who had falsely accused them, and many people have not heard about the criminal complaints, but those are active, and they are open as another investigation in Romania right now.”

Has anyone ever heard even one report on this criminal false accusation claim? (It is not the cease-and-desist letter Andrew sent Emma. That would be about a civil case in the US.) What happened to these criminal allegations? If this case is open, it cannot have been resolved. If it hasn’t been resolved, why aren’t Emma and Aliona sitting in “preventive detention” right now? Why were they permitted to leave Romania and go for a holiday on the French Riviera? Why has no attempt been made to extradite them back to Romania?

And how can they have been used as two of the six alleged “victims” in the initial documents used to imprison the Tates WHEN THE VALIDITY OF THEIR ACCUSATIONS WAS UNDER CHALLENGE? Think about it. Jasmina and Biatrice said they were not victims. Emma and Aliona were under suspicion of falsifying their accusations. That is four of the six who should never have been considered in the initial detention order. That took collusion on the part of the judge. AND YET, THE ROMANIANS JUST LET EMMA and ALIONA DISAPPEAR.

And remember that the entire rape charge depended on Aliona alone. There was clearly no credible reason to ever include that accusation. It was there to vilify Andrew in the public eye while he could not respond.

Now earlier odd puzzle pieces are beginning to fit. Remember what Jasmina said about the two women who called the cops (Emma and Aliona) and claimed the Tate brothers locked them in their room: Jasmina said that they actually had the key IN THEIR ROOM and that the police knew this.

For her honesty, a judge declared Jasmina “brainwashed,” which would make her officially incompetent to speak for the Tates in a trial. I also remember something in a leaked phone call [Andrew speaking to Luc] about Emma claiming that Aliona was the one who planned to fleece the Tates?

So there is supposed to be another investigation ongoing. I guess “ongoing investigation” is the Romanian term for “YOU have to SHUT UP while we do nothing but let you rot.”
