On March 22, 2023, BSN posted a video entitled “Andrew Tate Sends ARREST On V*ctims (New Update)” The video [see the embedded link at the end of this post] contained a muddled translation of a statement made by Alexandru Risvita after the court session in which the “preventive detention” was extended through the month of April.
I begged YouTube channels and their viewers to look into these charges and their implications a few weeks ago. No YouTube channel wanted to bother. I am ill, and I am weary of trying to make people see what is in front of their eyes.
Tina Glandian, the American attorney/spokesperson for Andrew Tate, appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight on March 3, 2023 [See What Tina Said]. Every YouTube channel that posted a clip from that program cut out the part where she tries to draw attention to the CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS described below. She wanted people to understand that the brothers had tried to fight back at the time of the April 2022 raids, but the Romanian authorities had deliberately left the file on these complaints as an “OPEN INVESTIGATION.” This meant that neither the Tates nor their attorneys were permitted to discuss the complaints publicly.
Anyone who thought there could be justice in this case should realize WHY she was trying to get the public to look at these. The prosecution’s “case” is built on lies that the prosecutor has known to be lies the whole time.
(1) These criminal complaints should have been addressed immediately. Instead, the Romanian prosecutor hid them from public view so that no one would question the prosecutor using Emma and Aliona as the primary accusers of the Tate brothers. Remember, the prosecutor secured the original detention order by means of “six accusers” he provided as the “evidence” of rape and human trafficking. Two of these, Jasmina and Biatrice, had never made accusations against the brothers at all.
Aliona, who made the two rape accusations against Andrew, and Emma, whose mother called the US Embassy with the lie that Emma was being held captive, were the major reasons the Tate brothers were locked up at the end of December, 2022.
Phone logs of conversations between Aliona and Emma, as well as those between Emma and her mother, indicate many things, among them:
- Emma’s mother understood that Emma had falsely stated that she was in danger
- Aliona and Emma, although they had met only days earlier, had plans to travel together.
- Aliona and Emma acted together in an attempt to win second-hand fame by exploiting their experiences with the Tate brothers
(2) Cease-and-desist warnings. Just prior to their arrest in December, Andrew sent cease-and-desist letters to Emma and her mother, both US citizens, advising them to publicly acknowledge the false accusations Emma made and her mother’s role in initiating the raids. This is the way a CIVIL CASE for defamation would be developed in the US. The brothers filed the Romanian CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS long before the cease-and-desist letters were sent.
It would be very interesting to know whether or not Andrew and his brother believed that the Romanians were actually acting in good faith by investigating the criminal complaints. Obviously they were not, but did the brothers know that?
(3) Early leaked phone call. I will have to search out a video covering this call, but some time ago (late January, I believe), the prosecutor leaked a transcript of one of Andrew’s telephone calls with Luc. While the prosecutor’s leak was made to reveal other information meant to further vilify Andrew in the public eye, Andrew mentions that Emma has begun saying that Aliona was the one who devised the plan to fleece the brothers. Was this information available to Andrew only because of the initial steps of the civil suit in the US, or was it information related to him as a result of the criminal complaints in Romania?
(4) Andrew and recorded calls. The children playing on YouTube love to talk about how dumb Andrew is to say certain things on a line that “he should have known was recorded.” I have always felt certain that Andrew was taking advantage of the recordings for some reason. He certainly would have known recording was taking place.
Was he trying, in effect, to “read things into the record”? Was Andrew speaking of this information regarding Emma on a recorded line as a way to be certain that the prosecutor could not ignore it? If the information came to him as a result of the criminal complaint investigation that the Prosecutor was keeping hidden, was Andrew challenging the prosecutor, making it clear that he understood the prosecutor’s game?
Remember, Romania does not actually have a justice system. The pursuit of justice assumes truth to be essential. In Romania, a prosecutor is permitted to conceal exculpatory evidence, and the defendant and his attorney or legal team rarely see the evidence file. Early on, a judge ordered the prosecutor to show the file to the defense for a specific number of hours. Reportedly, the prosecutor handed over 17,000 pages of mostly irrelevant material.
(5) Jasmina speaks. When Jasmina made her videos about NOT being a victim, one of the points she made was that the two accusers claiming to have been locked in their room by the Tate brothers actually had the key inside the room with them. Jasmina said that the police who came to the “rescue” found it on a bed in the room where they found the women.
This portion of the April 2022 raid is complicated. For months, I assumed that there were other accusers in the room Jasmina describes, possibly the last two individuals of the original six, the ones without public names. The existing information from the Tate brothers (in the form of one of their Emergency Meeting podcasts) established the idea that a boyfriend of Emma’s made the call to the American Embassy that set off the raids. The phone logs make is appear that the mother (not a boyfriend) called the Embassy. The raid on the Tate residence itself was a failure: although the police took electronic devices, they arrested no one and found no woman on the premises other than the housekeeper.
So why, specifically, did the Romanian police rush to rescue Emma and Aliona? Did the women make a call directly to the police, or did the brothers help the police out by telling them where Emma lived so that they could check on her? That location was a house that Andrew or Tristan owned, but not their own residence. (Aliona lived in the same property as Jasmina. In his initial statement to the press, Andrew says that although Aliona asked to live with him, he did not want her in his home. It also seems that he did not spend much time in Romania during the months Aliona lived there.
Because everyone at the Tate residence went to the police station with the cops, neither Tate brother could have called the house where Jasmina, Emma, and Aliona were living. (Or, in Emma’s case, “staying,” rather than living. She was only in Romania a total of six days.) If Emma and Aliona were able to call the police from their room, there was at least one telephone in the room. The police, of course, did not arrest either Tate brother because these accusations were obviously false.
YET NOTHING WAS DONE AFTER THE BROTHERS FILED THEIR CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS FOR FALSE ACCUSATIONS. I have two read two different things about criminal case for false allegation in Romania: one is that the standard sentence, if convicted, for what Emma and Aliona did would be three years in prison; the other is that the sentences could be anywhere between one and five years. At any rate, the Romanians let Emma and Aliona leave the country and did not have them extradited back to Romania.
Emma and Aliona should have been in preventive detention. THEY actually DID FLEE the country.
(6) Risnita’s comments on chronology. After the court appearance at which the “preventive detention” was extended through April, Tate attorney Alexandru Risnita commented that the prosecutor had presented information that was out of chronological order. The translation was full of errors, but apparently the prosecutor was trying to use the criminal complaints the brothers filed AGAINST Aliona and Emma in some way, perhaps by suggesting that the complaints were somehow filed after the arrests.
Weeks earlier, when I heard Glandian’s remarks on Carlson’s show, I queried a Romanian YT channel to ask if they had ever posted anything about the criminal complaints the brothers had filed. The response was that the channel had never heard of them, but that if they existed, the prosecutor would find a way to use them against the Tate brothers.
I was flabbergasted, but now I understand. Romania at its finest: how dare the Tates try to defend themselves against these two conniving women? Just use that material to suggest Andrew is intimidating witnesses.
This is Romania, still a police state in 2023: Pick a target, lock him up, steal his assets. No investigation necessary, no defense permitted. Next step is conviction and sentencing.
